Citizendium uses Creative Commons CC-by-SA 3.0. Wikitravel uses CC-by-SA 1.0 which does not have an "or any later version" clause. There has been extensive discussion of upgrading to 3.0, see [http://wikitravel.org/shared/Tech:License_upgrade], but it has not happened yet.

So currently (as of Nov 2008), it is '''not possible to copy content''' between articles on Citizendium and articles on Wikitravel.

The only way to do it is if you are the ''sole creator'' of content on Citizendium.  You can contribute the same content to Wikitravel; simply note on the [[Wikitravel:using talk pages|talk page]] that you're relicensing it under Wikitravel's Creative Commons license.  Moving content worked on by other people requires getting their permission first.

In any case, think carefully before doing this, and discuss it with others. Citizendium and Wikitravel have distinct goals, and copying large amounts of content from one project to the other creates wasteful duplication. In most cases, linking from one to the other would be a better choice.
