I noticed that you have not been welcomed yet, so here it is:
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.
Lots of good work from you on several Japan articles. Much appreciated, please keep it up!, --ClausHansen 07:51, 13 May 2010 (EDT)
I'm planning a trip (perhaps to to Yurihonjo) and your information in that article is incredible. Thank you so much for putting some much time into make sure there's such a solid English language (and freely available!) source online. Maybe if you're around in January this year and if we manage to make it through, I could take you out for a beer in thanks! --Benjamin Mako Hill 00:38, 11 November 2011 (EST)
- You're welcome! Wherever you end up going, I hope it treats you well. --Orcrist 08:34, 23 November 2011 (EST)
Hi there, sorry we had to revert two of your recent edits. Wikitravel policy prohibits the advertising of competing travel sites here, though you are of course more than welcome to contribute to multiple sites; you will find that your contributions here at Wikitravel help far more travelers (300,000 every day!) than sites with little to no visitor traffic.
