First, understand:  We want you to edit this page.  Like nearly every other page on this site, the Main Page is open for anyone to edit.  But it is the main welcome point for most new readers of Wikitravel, so we have a specific policy for it, located at [[Wikitravel:Main Page guidelines]]. Please check there and make sure your changes contribute to those goals ***BEFORE*** editing this page.

Note that we have a sampling of articles under each geographical section on this page. These are **NOT** the only articles for each region, just the ones we want to have "featured".  This isn't the place to add *new* articles to Wikitravel; instead, look for a more specific page to make your "starter link". For example, if you're doing an article about a new city, navigate through the continent, country, and region that city is in, and add the link there.  To add an article that's ready to be featured, scroll down to the appropriate section.
