Manchester England needs to be removed as default for "Manchester". There are many other Manchesters, and this one is no more important than the rest. (written by: Loadbang, 9:31:18 2008-07-18)

I agree. OldPine 12:26, 18 July 2008 (EDT)
Greater Manchester UK is one of Europe's largest conurbations. Certainly a city of this size in the US would not be removed as a default. I think we do not want WT to appear too US centric... just my humble opinion. Frequenttrekker 12:36, 18 July 2008 (EDT)
I fully agree with frequenttrekker... Manchester is a city of great in importance in Europe. If we remove the default here because there are other places called Manchester, then no doubt the British will call for a removal of Boston in Mass as the default for places with that name. Manchester is much larger and more famous than any of the other Manchesters listed. WindHorse 21:43, 18 July 2008 (EDT)
