I moved this page to be more in line with our article naming conventions. Specifically, we usually make districts of a city as subpages of that city page (like San Francisco/Tenderloin). That's pretty much the only place we do it, though: usually we just have the name of the destination (Denver) or a disambiguator in parens for places that share a name (Springfield (Massachusetts) versus Springfield (Kentucky)).
