I redirected it back to Northern Europe, where it pointed in the first place, before it was changed. Should be a redirect page as we do not write articles about bodies of water (yet). -- Huttite 16:28, 5 Feb 2005 (EST)

Northern, Eastern and Central Europe all have countries with Baltic coast. Either make an article of its own, or if we strictly do not like bodies of water, remove it together with all the links. Personally, I don't see why we are trying to limit the guide to land travellers only (waterways are a great way to travel). Anyway, I agree that this redirect does not make sense. NO! Avoid deleting pages in Wikis if at all possible. This page is a legitimate word combination that someone will link to in the future. It should remain as either a redirect or disambiguation page waiting for someone new to link to it and explain the problems we have already encountered. I don't think it causes confusion. Instead it encourages people to think about what they are looking for and gives options to look at. Ideally a disambiguation page does not get linked to, because people try to make the links go elsewhere. The page then exists to provide guidance to the better links than the one used.
