Soča Valley (Italian: valle dell'Isonzo). Situated on the northwestern part of Slovenia, the valley is well known for its sport activities in nature and for the rich natural and cultural heritage. It is named after the Soča (Italian: Isonzo) river, which starts its path in Triglav National Park and continues journey nearby three small Alpine towns Bovec, Kobarid and Tolmin.


Soca River is paradise for people in loved in nature. Visitors and locals can choose between short, easy walks nearby the river, quiet fly-fishing or adrenaline water sports as are rafting, kayak, hydrospeed. Kayak on white water is well known all over the Europe.

This is a World War One Era Cemetery in the Soca River Valley.
