Santa Barbara De Samana is a city in the Samana Peninsula, Dominican Republic.
Fly in to Samaná El Catey International Airport (IATA: AZS, ICAO: MDCY) + 1/2hr drive.
There is a Caribe Tours busline connecting Samaná to Santo Domingo via the highway, as well as a longer route running from Santo Domingo and stopping in San Francisco de Macoris and a few other places before arriving in Samaná. Guaguas run these routes too.
