Pythion is a small border village in Thrace, Greece, a few kilometers north of the city of Alexandroupoli and the Kipi - Ipsala border crossing between Greece and Turkey.

Get in

There is no airport available. However, there is a train station servicing Turkish and Greek railways. It is, in fact the only railroad border croosing point between the two countries.

Get around



to be honest, there is practically nothing worth mentioning to do in Pythion, as it is nothing more than a small village.



The Pythion train station includes a "Buffet" that sells an assortment of chips, cookies, candy bars, and chocolate croissants.
