Praja a Mare is tan undiscovered pearl in the Calabria region of Italy, the perfect place for travellers who are looking for a place off the beaten track. This 5000 people village stands in front of the Dino island, sourrended by the stunning Policastro's gulf.

In Praja there's really no time to get bored! You could just relax on the beach, cuddled by the breeze while laying back on a deckchair, or... You could make your time simply extreme!

• White Water Rafting on Lao river, in the spectacular Pollino National Park.

• Cliff Jumping The highlight for crazy travellers who can't live without the butteflies in their stomach, is definately the cliff jumping, off the Arcomagno rock, a 22 metres (67 feet) natural bridge reigning a crystal hidden bay. For less brave divers lower jumps can be found from the Dino island coast!

• Scuba Diving. You don't need to be a professional diver to enjoy the coral gardens or the ancient relic laying not far from the Dino island.
