Washington's Headquarters, 84 Liberty St. The Hasbrouck House, which is part of the headquarters, was George Washington's longest-serving headquarters during the American Revolution.
Karpeles Manuscript Museum, 94 Broadway. The world's largest private collection of manuscripts and documents is spread between the Karpeles' 11 museums.
The Wherehouse, 119 Liberty St. Large selection of craft beers; extensive pub food menu. (Sandwiches, burgers, wings, etc.) Draws a hipper and more laid-back crowd than some of Newburgh's other bars.
Pineapple Larry's, 44 Grand St. Usually slow earlier on, they really fill up after midnight.
