Luang Prabang

Default Banner.jpg

Luang Prabang is the former capital of Laos, right on the Mekong River. It is a Unesco World Heritage site. It has many temples (Wats), of which Wat Xing Tong (Washington) is especially nice.

You can do day trips to visit some waterfalls, or caves with Buddha statues.
