The Kiso Valley (木曽谷) is in Nagano prefecture, Japan.

Once one of Japan's major transport arteries, the Nakasendo highway connected Kyoto with Edo (present-day Tokyo). A section of the highway is maintained in the Kiso Valley, between the well-preserved villages of Tsumago and Magome.
