Jūrmala [1] is a resort town in Latvia. It claims to have the longest beach in Northern side of Europe.

Get in

It is about 40 minuetes from the capital city of Latvia, Riga. You can take a taxi from the airport or train.

Entrance tax for Jūrmala

Tax for private transport entering Jūrmala’s resort area is 1LVL per 24hours. No tax must be paid by tourist buses( if the head of the group is able to present a route plan where Jūrmala is indicated as a place of tourism visit), as well as tourists that have a pass issued by Jūrmala’s places of accommodation.
