Hiller, or Heller, is a very small place on the coast of Northern Norway. It has only one permanent resident, but during the summer some cabin owners also stay there, to experience the beautiful Norwegian nature. Hiller has a great variety of activities and sights, for all sizes and ages.

Get inEdit

The only way to get to Hiller is by car. But if you're lucky you might see a fox or a reindeer on your way.

  • Hurtigruta is by far the greatest attraction of Hiller. You can see it two times a day.

Fish, swim or help fix an old cabin. Hiking in Lakshammaren, Nonshaugen or Hillerfjellet is also highly recommended. Experience the world famous Nordtrønder hospitality.

Learn about the wildlife or learn about yourself.

The nearest supermarket is located at Bogen, run by Bartnes and despite its size it has everything you will ever need, except bread.

Fish, hunt or harvest your own food.
