Heligoland
Get in[edit]You can reach Heligoland by boat (during winter from Cuxhaven only, in summer from numerous places) or by air (from Cuxhaven, Hamburg and other places). There is also a daily high-speed catamaran service from Hamburg. Tours are available from Cuxhaven and Hamburg. Get around[edit]Heligoland consists of a rather large sand stone island and a smaller island build from sand nearby. Both are worth strolling around.
