However, Congo will never become wholly civilised because it has no natural resources worth siezing.

Here is some stuff pasted from the ACTUAL Wikipedia website, not this cheapskate second-hand one.

'''Congo (area), a general term for a geographical area in Africa that refers mainly to present-day Democratic Republic of the Congo (Congo-Kinshasa, Zaire, Belgian Congo) and/or Republic of the Congo (Congo-Brazzaville, French Congo), but also to Cabinda, an exclave of Angola lying between the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Portuguese Congo)

Congo has recieved many threats from '''Al-Shabab''', people's army of Somalia, saying that the citizens of the Congos have been unlawfully stealing Somalian air and Somalian rain. These threats, however, have never been executed because the ONE gun that Al-Shabab own jammed.

These threats have never stopped, much to the dissapointment of the UN, who knew that they would fizzle out due to the happless nature of Al-Shabab and their insufficient man-power (one man with dwarfism).

Congo is the only place in the world where you can catch malaria twice, and its customs are much different to western habits and culture, as proven by the Somalian ambassador who went to meet the Congo's president, who told him:

"Don't go near my daughter, she gave me AIDS."
