Yandina is a small Queensland town in the Sunshine Coast, with a population of 8000. Yandina was the first town to be built in the Sunshine Coast.

Yandina known as 'Ginger Town' just up the road from Nambour, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, boasts some of the most beautiful country in Queensland.

Yandina lies just to the north of Nambour, the centrally-located retail and service town for the central Sunshine Coast hinterland which is so rich in natural rainforest parks and reserves. Native animals such as kangaroos, koalas and wombats, which can often be elusive in the wild, are on constant show.
