The most popular activities in Wisła are hiking and skiing. Many people come to see ski jumping competitions. There're many bars on the bank of Wisła River (many with live music)
I remember that it is quite common for people to rent out rooms in their houses to visitors. In fact, a friend I stayed with had a sign on their house saying "no rooms for rent" as people were obviously ringing on their door!
There is a nice camping place a bit outside of Wisla on road nr. 942 towards Szczyrk / Bielsko-Biala named "Jonidlo". Walking time 20 minutes to the centre. They also rent cabins. Friendly people, there is a sheltered barbecue place for everyone. They have Wifi on the place. Right next to the camping is a bathing spot in the Wisla (= Vistula river) where we spent hours with our kids. Across the street is a good and cheap restaurant. Right next to the camping is a bar with half-litres of raspberry beer - cheers!
