Włodawa is a Baroque town at the Bug River in Lublin (voivodship), Poland.

Nicknamed 'The town of three cultures', due to the town's history of tolerance and cultural diversity between the Jewish (who constituted 70% of the town's population before the Second World War), Catholic and Orthodox communities, the town's history is reflected in its vibrant community and architecture, with a large Synagogue, Orthodox church and Catholic church standing within five minutes of each other.

Each year, Włodawa plays host to the Festiwal Trzech Kultur, or The Festival of Three Cultures where many citizens of Lubelskie and the surrounding regions travel to celebrate the town's diverse history, and view the many cultural events and markets of each of the three communities.
