Via Regia

Default Banner.jpg

Via Regia (Regal path in Polish) is a part of Camino de Santiago. In the past it was a path Polish kings used to travel. The trail follows from Kraków to Piekary Śląskie. It has some common parts with other trails as Szlak Metalurgów or Szlak Orlich Gniazd.

Via Regia is ideal for pilgrims from Middle Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Baltic States and Balkans due to its geographical location. They can also start their pilgrimage from their local Camino trails and then join Via Regia. Non- European pilgrims can start their journey from here.

Things you need the most're first aid kit, water and food supplies and comfortable clothes.
