Hello! Welcome to Wikitravel. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. You may find the tips for new contributors helpful, and scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.

Thanks for your work on Österlen! --Evan 21:37, 7 Jul 2004 (EDT)

Thanks for the warm welcome! (Sorry for the delayed answer) I've been a contributer on the swedish Wikipedia for some time, and I really think Wikitravel is a great project. Perhaps I will continue contributing to in the future. A problem is that I am not that good at writing in the English language, but I am really interested in travelling and geography. (If someone would start a similar project in Swedish I would happily contribute to it :-) Väsk 18:17, 12 Jul 2004 (EDT)
If you can get four other people who can write about travel in Swedish, you can start one! Also, you can write a Swedish phrasebook - see the Norwegian phrasebook and the phrasebook template. -phma 20:56, 12 Jul 2004 (EDT)

Swedish Wikitravel launched[edit]

I wanted to let you know, since you signed up for the Wikitravel:Swedish Wikitravel Expedition, that the Swedish Wikitravel has been launched. It's at . I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with it! --Evan 06:48, 7 Oct 2004 (EDT)

Go-between report[edit]

There hasn't been a go-between report for Swedish Wikitravel since 4 November 2004 -- 3 months ago. Since you are the official go-between for sv:, could you please take some time to note what's going on on that language version in the Wikitravel:Logbook? It should only take a few minutes. --Evan 11:50, 9 Feb 2005 (EST)

This still hasn't happened. --Evan 19:36, 29 Mar 2005 (EST)
And still. As far as I'm concerned, sv: is an inactive Wikitravel version, and will be decommissioned soon if there aren't some changes. --Evan 09:14, 8 Jun 2005 (EDT)
