Your web site does not appear to be in compliance with our criteria for rental listings, namely that there is a central office that visitors can go to in order to resolve problems. On your web site it lists only a corporate headquarters. Please refrain from re-adding it to any more articles until this issue has been clarified. In the mean time, Wikitravel:Welcome, business owners has additional information that may be helpful to you. -- Ryan • (talk) • 15:27, 11 January 2010 (EST)

Thank you Ryan and I apologize I did not see the My Talk comment until now. We are local here in Orlando. People 'could' come to our office if they wanted to, just like any other management company here in the area. However, we work with dozens of management companies here locally and the consumer gets their local address depending on where they are staying. I apologize but I am not sure how you would like me to proceed? I won't go spamming WikiTravel with dozens of addresses obviously. Can you make a suggestion? Thanks so much!

Thanks for responding. We've had a hard time trying to figure out how to handle rental agencies due to spam from agencies of dubious value to travelers, and as a result the current policies outlined in the rental listing guidelines are fairly strict. It sounds like your company is an aggregator rather than a direct management company, so that would run afoul of current criteria. If that's incorrect then please correct me, or if you have suggestions of how we could change our guidelines to allow a company such as yours while still excluding the thousands of less scrupulous individuals feel free to discuss those ideas on Wikitravel talk:Accommodation listings. In the meantime you're very welcome to contribute other content to our guides! -- Ryan • (talk) • 17:03, 11 January 2010 (EST)
