Hello, Welcome to Wikitravel!

Just an extra explanation on Georgia: since both American English and British English are correct in terms of spelling, Wikitravel tries to not americanize or alternatively anglicise bits and pieces of articles, as that would result in back and forth changing when different editors with different preferences come along. There was a recent discussion to establish a rough preference per country, and for Georgia American English was identified as the version taught in schools.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. Cheers, Justme 03:18, 17 September 2011 (EDT)

Please, leave well enough alone on the spellings. Not every country uses British English, and if you have no idea what other types of standard English spelling there are or how they work, your best bet is to concentrate on content and leave spelling edits to people who do know.
