This page is meant to serve as a collaboration page on how to improve the Warsaw guide and it's district guides. My personal preference is not to discuss merging the districts, yet, simply so that we may concentrate on how to best improve the guides, first. All thoughts/comments/criticisms are welcomed. -- Sapphire(Talk) • 02:44, 3 March 2007 (EST)

See[edit][add listing]

What in Warsaw must be seen by any visitor? Also, what could be interesting, but doesn't necessarily a "must see" for all travelers?

This is my short list of must sees:

  • Palace of Culture and Science
  • New Town
  • Old Town

Do[edit][add listing]

I think we need to kill off the most of the "Sports" sections, however, I think we can keep the main section around and add info about various professional teams that are based in Warsaw. Are there any pro baseball, cricket, soccer, football, hockey, volleyball or whatever teams in Warsaw? -- Sapphire(Talk) • 17:35, 15 March 2007 (EDT)

Eat[edit][add listing]

Are there any foods the are symbolize Warsaw? Like Cincinnati's chili, or Munich's Weißwurst? Are there any restaurants that are well-known beyond the city's boundaries. I.e. would someone in Poznan have heard of a certain restaurant because it's famous? -- Sapphire(Talk) • 17:38, 15 March 2007 (EDT)

IMO There are none. I always asked my friends when I popped in Warsaw. Warsaw is a cultural mixture of Poland and so is cuisine. LukeWestwalker 17:18, 3 September 2007 (EDT)
