This itinerary is not completely done overland. User:Od

As the article states, it's not possible to travel across Myanmar overland at the moment, and of course Indonesia is an archipelago. Jpatokal 07:37, 10 February 2008 (EST)

Ok, this article is really on the right track, but I'm wondering if it's just too big a trip for one article-- do we want to break it down a bit? Also, we'll need to add links to the wikitravel articles for each destination-- in fact, I'd say some of the information on what to see/do should be moved to destination guides and leave this article (or articles) as the link between them focusing on how long it takes to get from A to B, etc... thoughts? I'm putting a working copy here to play with:
I think the first graph is really the itinererary, and the rest is destination content. Just add the info about how long to get between places and how long to stay at each one... this will be an easier read I think:

This should be merged with Istanbul to New Delhi over land. Jpatokal 21:14, 7 Feb 2005 (EST)
