Szlak Szwajcarii Zagłębiowskiej
Szlak Szwajcarii Zagłębiowskiej (Zagłębie Switzerland Trail) is a trail starting in a town of Sławków. It crosses through Błędów, Chechło and Hutki-Kanki. The trail ends in city of Zawiercie. The trail gained its name after beautiful landscapes resembling Swiss ones. The trail is marked in red.
The trail is not much hard to take. The only problem can be its length.
The most useful things on this path're anti-insect repellants and long sleeve clothes as much of trail's paths crosses forest area. First aid kit's also important.

The trail is also available by bike.
The aren't direct connections between Zawiercie or Sławków. The best way is to take a bus/train to Olkusz, Dąbrowa Górnicza or Sosnowiec and then take a one to Sławków.
The main danger on the trail are ticks and wild boars. The best way to protect against them is using anti-insect repellants and wearing long sleeve clothes while travelling across forests. You can buy repellants in pharmacies or markets. If you notice a tick on your skin, visit the doctor. Wild boars are much visible in early morning /after dusk. If you see a one try to stay calm and slowly leave. If wild boars cross your path, wait calmly.
