Perryville is a city in Maryland. The population was 4,361 at the 2010 census. The town is located near Interstate 95, on the east side of the outlet of the Susquehanna River.
Perryville is the terminus of a MARC Commuter Rail line from Baltimore, and is also accessible by car from I-95.
Rodgers Tavern, an 18th-century inn located near the historic ferry crossing over the Susquehanna, has been preserved as a museum in a very picturesque waterfront park downtown. A few miles east of town, the Principio Furnace complex preserves remnants of the historic iron industry in the area. Perry Point, the tip of the peninsula where the Susquehanna River enters the Chesapeake Bay, is occupied by a VA hospital campus.
