McHenry is an unincorporated city on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in Stone County (Mississippi).

The only main artery is U.S. Highway 49, south from Perkinston (aprox. 5 miles) and Wiggins (aprox. 10 miles) and north from (aprox. 25 miles) Gulfport.

Get around[edit]

Being a rural community, no public transporation is available.

  • De Soto National Forest, [1]. 170 miles of trails on the De Soto are available for hikers, ATV riders, mountain bike riders, and horse riders. Tuxachanie Trail begins about 3 miles east of U.S. Highway 49.  edit

Currently, no food service other than convenience stores are near by.

Stone County is a dry county. No alcohol is sold in the county (beer is sold within the city limits of Wiggins).
