Jarocin (Yarotscheen) is a city in Greater Poland Voivodeship. It's famous by Polish punk rock scene and festival


Jarocin festival has its first edition in Republic of Poland period (in 70s). It let thousands of young people feel the freedom. Currently the festival has much more familial character.

  • Jarocin Festival. Legendary punk rock festival (currently represents different kinds of music), currently with much more calmly atmosphere and also an opportunity to hear debuting artists. It usually takes place in beginning of August.
  • Disco Stars Festival. Festival dedicated to light, disco music called disco-polo. Occurs in the beginning of June.
  • Sounds of Freedom, Clubbing festival in the end of summer time.
