Gabú is a city in Guinea-Bissau.
It is a three hour drive from Bissau, or a one hour drive from Bafatá with a good road all the way. Therie is a not-too-bad dirt road to Pirada border to Senegal, and also, it is possible to go to Guinea-Conakry from Gabú.
Small colonial centre with a catholic church.
The people have the traditional clothing and wear of the local people in markets.
There are a few decent restaurants in town.
Gabú is known for its nightlife and discotheques that close during Ramadan, however.
