  • Laurel Caverns Geological Park, [3]. A show cave with an easier guided tour and longer spelunking guided tours. Also has an unusual underground miniature golf course.  edit
  • Wharton Furnace, (Wharton Furnace Road, PA Route 2003, two miles south of Route 40). A restored iron furnace, just south on 381. Built by Congressman Andrew Stewart in 1837, it is a stone blast furnace measuring 33 feet wide, 31 feet deep, and 31 feet high. In blast from 1839 to 1850.  edit
