Bcharré (Arabic: بشري), sometimes also spelled Bcharri, is in North Lebanon.
There are several daily buses from Dora, a north-eastern suburb of Beirut for LL 7000. The last bus to Beirut leaves Bcharré at 4.30pm during the week and 6pm on Sundays. All information of June 2015.
Bcharré is located between the Qornet es-Sawda, Lebanon's highest peak, and the Qadeesha or Qannoubine Valley, a beautiful narrow and green valley and in parts canyon mostly famous for its many monasteries and churches. The valley is a UNESCO world heritage site. You can descend into the valley from the town center of Bcharré. The peak is about 10 kilometers from the town center.
