[edit] What happens

Tåggas on sv: uses Mozilla Firefox. When he clicks on the main "edit" link of a page, Mozilla asks what he wants to do with the page. If he tries the same thing on Internet Explorer, the program wants to start a download of the page. In other words - it does not work to edit. "Edit" links on various sections of a page works fine, and the main edit link works if he chooses an older version of the page.

All of it works fine if he tries to do this anonymously, i e not logged in. He created a different user name, Apollo, which works fine.

Is this because of the letter "å" in his user name?

[edit] When it happens

Constantly.

[edit] What should happen

He should be able to edit as everybody else.

[edit] How to fix it

I'm closing this for now, the user hasn't edited in over a year – cacahuate talk 03:49, 14 October 2008 (EDT)
