Tech:"add listing" link occurrence improvements

What happens

Currently, "add listing" link appears:

1. in Talk pages, next to same headings "Eat", "Sleep" etc
2. in article pages, under Eat/Sleep/See sections that have sub-sections (and in most cases only sub-sections are supposed to be the only place for new listings)

What should happen

1. in Talk pages, they should not appear at all
2. in listing sections with sub-sections, probably only sub-sections should allow adding listings (or, alternatively, the last listing item occurring before a new heading should display an "add listing" link)

Additional comments

The tech team has been looking into determining if section A is a subsection of a "listing" section, but it's more complicated than it seems. They haven't been able to find a way to make it happen yet. JuCo 21:25, 2 June 2008 (EDT)

Doesn't work if a section has no listings... JuCo's right, it really is complicated. Jpatokal 12:46, 3 June 2008 (EDT)

BTW, why a new listing is added to the beginning of the section, not to the end? This way it always need manual moving--while when it's placed in the end, it's at least not always (in many cases it's OK). --DenisYurkin 16:48, 21 June 2008 (EDT)
