Wikitravel:Local spam blacklist: differenze tra le versioni
Versione delle 12:43, 28 mag 2009
This is the local blacklist for Wiki spam URLs for Wikitravel. It's used by the spam filter to block contributions that use these URLs.
To add a URL to the spam filter list just add the spam URL including everything after the "http://" and before the first "/" to the list.
In addition, the spam filter uses what are called regular expressions, so special characters such as periods need to be escaped by putting a "\" in front of them. For example, "http://spam.spammer.net/foo.html" would be added as "spam\.spammer\.net". Notice that we don't include the "http://" nor anything after the first "/" following the "http://" so "/foo.html" should not be added.
One caveat is that if the entire domain seems to be used only for spam we don't bother to worry about sub-domains and in the example above would just list "spammer\.net".
For the spam filter to work properly you must indent one (1) space and keep the list in alphabetical order.
