Zamość is the town in Lublin (voivodship), in Poland. It is one of the nicest Renaissance towns in Europe, and was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
There is an international airport in the near town of Rzeszow, but more flights come to Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport.
As of 2012, Zamość is served by several local trains (nearest bigger city Lublin) as well as a daily long-distance TLK from/to Zielona Gora.
Many international connections (see Poland::By bus).
You can easily get there by car from Lublin via E372.
All major attractions can be explored easily on foot.
