Communications medium

If another Wikitraveller posts new text on your User talk page, you will see a small red flashing light at the top of the page next to "my talk".

User talk pages also have a Email this user link in the toolbox on the left menu. Because email from the site can be disabled by the user, however, it's often more useful and preferred to just post a comment on the user's personal talk page.
