My name is Kira Wampler, and I currently live in Menlo Park, California and work at Intuit in Mountain View (California). Any QuickBooks questions, let me know!

I grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and have lived in Washington, DC; Antigua,Guatemala; Toronto, Canada; San Francisco, California; Hanoi, Vietnam, and Durham, North Carolina. They were all different, but San Francisco remains one of my favorite cities in the world, even though we can't afford to live here!

My travel bug started when I studied abroad in Sumatra, Indonesia as an undergrad and continued when I started my own company sending students to Central America and South America to learn Spanish. After that, I ran the international division of a handbag company, so spent a lot of time in Asia, Europe, South America and Canada. And, my husband and I fell in love with Vietnam after a visit in 2000, so we lived in Hanoi from 2001-2002, traveling a bit in Cambodia while we were at it. We visited Ecuador in March 2005, and we just returned from a trip to Oaxaca (city), Mexico in December.

Any questions about living/working in Central America or Asia, please let me know. Any interest in traveling to some of the countries mentioned above without articles, let me know, and I'll get working on the articles. I am still new to wikis, so bear with me if I make mistakes.
