Hello, Welcome! Welcome to Wikitravel.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Wikitravel:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

Because this template uses the words "To help get you started contributing ", it is not suitable for welcoming new editors that have already made a substantial contribution - consider substituting Template:118w (for editors who have already created an account) or Template:118a (for editors who have not already created an account) instead.
To add a personal message right after "Hello, welcome" use Template:Welcomeplus instead.
