I don't know how to do this or I'd do it myself, but you really need to change the name of this article to "Northwest," not "Upper North."  Upper North is the Temple University Hospital area, Logan, Fern Rock, Olney, and East and West Oak Lane.  If someone goes to Philadelphia and asks how to get to Upper North Philadelphia, they will get directions to a neighborhood they should not be in.  I would recommend dividing the Upper North section of the map into Upper North and Northwest.  Northwest would essentially be a wedge the runs north of Roosevelt Blvd and roughly west of, say, 20th street, although that boundary is not definite.  The rest will remain in the Upper North territory, which should not have an article.  Again, I don't know how to change the map or I'd do it myself.

What is this about Manayunk being 25 miles from the suburbs? That is the most poorly written statement I've ever read. "The suburbs" is not a singular point or a specific town; it is a sprawling area that runs from just across the Delaware River from Trenton all the way down to the Delaware border and into northern Delaware and Maryland. And that's just northeast-southwest. Someone in Bucks or southern Chester or Delaware Counties will have no use for these directions. You can't name a road for them to turn on to without a common starting point, and that point may not be anywhere near where they are. I'll come in and fix it later but that kind of thing shouldn't be written here.
