New Article[edit]

Yeah, so I just went tubing in NB again and decided to make an article. It would have helped us to know some of this info ahead of time. Figure I can save someone else the trouble. Since all we did was tube and eat, it's very tube-centric. It would be really cool if someone ponied up with useful info on Schlitterbahn and local history. Jordanmills 10:30, 24 July 2006 (EDT)

I'll add some info from a local POV, but I'll leave tubing and the rest of it to y'all... Funny, I've lived here for 30 of my 35 years, but I've never tubed the river. JeffreyCentex 18:06, 2 February 2007

There's plenty of things in Houston I haven't done. Par for the course I guess. What do you think about Gruene being in there? Other locals I talked to said they wanted it kept small. Jordanmills 19:50, 4 February 2008 (EST)
Don't know.. Gruene (with the Gristmill and Gruene Hall) is one of the top tourist destinations outside of the river. As for it being a separate entry, I guess it could be, but since it isn't a real "town"/city, I'm not sure about the policies here on making a new page.
