I'd like to hear some comments on the new Main Page layout. Is it too tight? Jacob Nielsen says you shouldn't have any scrolling on a main page... I dunno. -- Evan 08:30, 31 Oct 2003 (PST)

Jacob Nielsen can kiss my shinny metal wiki. It looks good... I was actually thinking that it needed more stuff, and more updates...Majnoona
I think it is tight. I would consider moving the whole Destinations section off this page. And, I'm a big Jacob Nielsen fan. Hanzo 10:52, 31 Oct 2003 (PST)
I was just having a quick look at Wikitravel, and when I saw the main page my first reaction was: "WOW this is nice!" Perhaps the format could change a little... but still I think it's good work. D.D. 10:55, 31 Oct 2003 (PST)
How about a compromise-- make the destinations a list of just the top-level areas? that should shorten it up a lot without loosing that point-of-entry.Majnoona
Yes. I think that would work fine. Hanzo 11:28, 31 Oct 2003 (PST)
