Viewing Georgian fonts
How do I view these characters in firefox? I see question marks for the Georgian characters.
- View->Character Encoding->Unicode (UTF-8) should do it --NJR_ZA 14:08, 26 March 2007 (EDT)
- Not always, there are severe bugs with foreign character display in firefox, this could REALLY use pictures of the characters, something like (Georgian chars for B,O,O) ([[Image:GeorgB.svg]][[Image:GeorgO.svg]][[Image:GeorgO.svg]]). This wouldn't require different images for different phrases and would allow any construction. +Hexagon1 (t) 03:41, 8 January 2008 (EST)
- I'm confused, are you proposing we replace every instance of a Georgian character on this page with a link to an image file? That would take forever to load and would make it difficult to edit for anyone correcting spelling or phrase syntax. Or are you suggesting we just do that for the alphabet list? --Peter Talk 03:51, 8 January 2008 (EST)
