Please see the following policies/guidelines to find out more about why changes have been made to this guide:

  • Wikitravel:Copyleft: Please only contribute original material for which you are the copyright holder. If the content appears elsewhere on the web, it helps to make a note on the discussion page indicating that you are the author and give permission for it's use.
  • Wikitravel:Manual of style: Please see our manual of style to find out how we like to format guides.
  • Wikitravel:Don't tout: While we welcome hotel and other business owner's contributions, please keep promotional material out of the guide.

Please feel free to ask ask if you have any questions, here or at the Wikitravel:Travellers' pub. Thank you, Maj 13:56, 27 July 2006 (EDT)

I've copied the changes to Daugavpils/Archive and reverted to the last known good version. The data is there should this user want to use it for updates, but we need to maintain standard styles and avoid using source that is not CC-SA licensed. -- Ryan 14:48, 27 July 2006 (EDT)
