Sub-regions[edit]

Sub-regions aren't yet needed for Central Maryland, but I was thinking it might be nice to create just a Baltimore County subregion, since the county is so densely populated, and as it contains the inner suburbs produced by 1960s white flight from Baltimore, it has enough individual character to warrant its own article. --Peter Talk 00:24, 21 March 2009 (EDT)

Go for it. We've got too many cities in there, so I'd say now that it's needed. --Jonboy 13:56, 26 March 2009 (EDT)
I'd like to divide this up now, as the list is growing, and could potentially get much longer. I can't think of any sensible way to do it other than by county. --Peter Talk 12:44, 14 November 2011 (EST)

Article status[edit]

Per Wikitravel:Region guide status, the most important linked cities & other destinations must be at usable status in order for the region article to reach usable status itself. Annapolis and Baltimore are already there, but I'd say that Ellicott City and Towson should be as well. --Peter Talk 03:12, 1 June 2009 (EDT)

And now they are! --Peter Talk 00:56, 6 June 2009 (EDT)
