My favourite season in Bodrum is from November through April, with generally very good weather with a few heavy shower periods followed by spring times (3), the first one in November, the next one some time after new year, and the last one in March/April. My favourite spring time of the 3 is definitely the one around new year, with the almond blossoming and the abundance of wild ruccola, and the not to cold nights, which you will have in February. Hi Arnold. I have copied most of the above to the climate section of the article.--Vidimian 17:39, 29 November 2009 (EST)

  • Modified Sleep. Added Bodrum Backpackers, changed advertising for one hotel into a standard hotel listing. Removed listing for villa somewhere as webpage no longer exists and there was no other identifying info --LimeBanana 11:53, 26 April 2010 (EDT)

  • Modified See. Added the Mausoleum - Did not write too much about the mausoleum as it is covered in the history section (was i right to do that??) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by LimeBanana (talkcontribs)
Yes, you were. As you possibly already noticed, "understand" section only deals with the history of the place, and it is a very helpful contribution you made to "see" section about details of visiting the place nowadays—many thanks for all your contributions. But unfortunately I had to remove the external link you added there, because as a policy we only link to primary sources, i.e. no links to other guides. You can read more on the policy on this page. – Vidimian 13:34, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
I should also add that, normally (say, had Mausoleum not been such an important place) the history and other important aspects of a sight (i.e. the reasons why travellers want to go there) go into the description of that "see" listing, so this is only an exception (though all that Mausoleum section can also be merged with the "see" listing). And if you have more details about that (for example, what to expect to see there. A lonely, atmospheric place? Stunning views of town/sunsets? Well-preserved ruins?—I guess this is not the case, just to give an idea), you can add those to the listing as well. – Vidimian 16:58, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
