Sagara is a city in Central Karnataka, most famous for it's proximity to Jog Falls. At Kargal (6km) you get less decent hotels. Drink Sleep Stay can be made at sagar about 30 km from jog falls. Mayura Hotels (KSTDC) have Sharavati and Tunga blocks with 10 rooms each. Half of them are two bedded and others are three bedded. The rates are cheap compared to private hotels and could be booked online [1]. The Sharavati blocks provide a wonderful view of the falls.
