UnderstandRanganathittu is a small (less than 1sq km) but very rick in bird population. The most common birds to spot are Painted Storks, Spoon Bill, White Ibis, Egret, Heron, Partridge. Most of the birds stay on tiny islands within the river, a boat ride can take you real close to them.The river has few corcodiles which can be spotted during boat ride.
