with mules and guide from El Mirador. This trip is usually done this way, but of you are on your way to Naachtun, you may be coming from Uaxactun.

Fees/Permits

None. The two vigilantes (guards) are pleased when you sign their guest book. Odds are that the previous visitors were there a month before. One of them will go to a lot of effort to show you around. Tips are appreciated, especially hard liquor.
